Pfaff Winches are designed for hand-cranking it is not only safe but also ergonomic: The friction disk brake equipped with a shuttle valve on our wire rope winch prevents from unintentional lowering of the load in every position. The wire rope winches with tension loads of 150 kg up to 1350 kg have been galvanized in order to improve corrosion protection. Therefore it is especially suitable for outside use.
Stainless steel versions are a robust high-quality wire rope winch LB made of stainless steel V2A is especially suitable for sewage treatment plants, in the chemical industry and for the food industry. Pfaff Bevel Screw Jacks are primarily used for high speed traverse rates of 320mm/sec and higher. They are available in 4 frame sizes to 100kN with 1, 2 or 3 input shafts and a choice of 2:1 and 3:1 bevel reduction ratio.

Rack and Pinion jacks are cost effective lift, push or pull jacks that can be used with all kinds of loads in maintenance and repair, ship building, construction, forestry, agricultural equipment, truck body lifting and sluice gate operation.

Pfaff Stainless Steel Screw Jacks
Columbus McKinnon Stainless Steel Screw Jacks are a new series of stainless steel screw jacks for a load range of 30kN to 250 kN has been designed to meet that harsh requirements of e.g. modern paper machines. This new series is based on a standard modular system which can be combined individually. By application of high-grade steel innovative technology, this lifting solution can absolutely be used for steel hydraulics construction, food industry as well in explosion-proof areas.
Especially for applications in paper manufacture, the new stainless steel series of Pfaff-siberblau is ideal:

Columbus McKinnon the ‘PHOENIX’ Telescopic Lifting Column is a compact lifting system with integrated guiding arrangements made of high quality, anodized precision aluminium profiles, worm gear screw jacks from the MERKUR range and directly mounted motor. They can be used independently or as a complete lifting system. Synchronisation can be effected electric or via a mechanical connection by means of articulated shafts. Loads to 25,000N, 1000mm stroke.
